Description

- Existing WC to the rear of the church to be dismantled, and low brick wall altered to form new opening with metal gate. - 2no. new rooflights to the existing pitched roof. - Discarding the existing timber lantern and replacing with 1no. new ridge rooflight to existing pitched roof, size to match that of the existing. - Existing lead to gutter to be renewed with shorter lead bays. - Existing zinc to gutter replaced. - Slates to south building in poor condition discarded and new natural slates fitted to match size and colour of the existing. - New drainage connection to existing manhole on the site.
