Description

The proposals is for facade remedial works scheduled for implementation at Challenge Court, Twickenham, Greater London. Works will be undertaken to the existing building to remove parts of the façade and install cavity barriers to mitigate the risk of fire spread. Brickwork will be removed, stored and reinstated while render will be reapplied after installing cavity barriers. The single ply membrane finish to the top floor will be replaced with non-combustible material. The timber decking on balconies will also be replaced with non-combustible alternate. All materials/finishes will be reinstated on a visually like-for-like basis.
