Description

T3. Ash tree - Fell to ground level. Approximately 2 meters in height directly on property boundary, remove due to potential future damage to the property and to comply with insurer requirements. G1. Ash trees x 5 (Slightly different spec approved on application 24/T0246/TCA + additional tree added) 2 meter crown reduction in width and 3 meter height reduction leaving a canopy spread of approximately 3 meters and height of approximately 7 meters. These works will ensure the trees maintain a smaller size suitable for the location, will prevent damage to the property and if they were to fall they comply with the requirements of the insurer. Without the suggested works the trees may cause damage to the wall as well as posing a risk to the property should they fall.
