Description

Magnolia Tree as indicated in DOC1 - removal of tree required due to damage caused to party wall with 30 Onslow Road. The tree is approximately 3-4 m high and is 15 years old. Damage can be see in PHOTO1, PHOTO2 and PHOTO3. Wall is in imminent danger of collapsing due to the roots of the magnolia pushing the party wall away from the front wall. Work specifications: - Fell magnolia in section to ground level. - Grind out stump.
