Description

T1 - Yew - 9m in height, 8m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Reduce all round by 1m and lift to 3m from ground level above road and driveway. Leaving height of 8m and 7m lateral spread. T2 - Holly 6m in height 4m lateral spread. Proposed works: Fell to ground level. Poor specimen suppressed by Yew, very sparse. Remove tree completely. T3 - Multi Stemmed Sycamore - 12m in height, 5m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Reduce in height by 2m and laterally by 1m. Leaving 10m height and 4m lateral spread. T4 - Sycamore - 10m in height, 4m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Fell to ground level, Tree very close to both buildings, little aesthetic value due as a previously pollarded self sown sycamore. T5 - Sycamore - 10m in height, 4m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Fell to ground level, Tree very close to both buildings, little aesthetic value due as a previously pollarded self sown sycamore. T6 - Sycamore - 10m in height, 4m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Fell to ground level, Tree very close to both buildings, little aesthetic value due as a previously pollarded self sown sycamore. T7 - Sycamore - 12m in height, 5m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Reduce in height by 2m and laterally by 1m. Leaving 10m height and 4m lateral spread. Note - T3 to T7 are 5 self sown sycamores growing along the side of the building. T3 and T7 to be retained as the nicer specimens which are further from the building, T4, 5 and 6 to be removed as within 2m and overhanging both properties. T8 - Oak - 6m in height - 4m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Remove - dead tree. T9 - Poplar - Approx 15m in height with a 6m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Reduce in height by 3m and laterally by 1m leaving 11.5m height and 5m lateral spread. T10 - Sycamore - 8m height, 5m lateral spread. Proposed Works: Reduce all round by 1m leaving 7m height and 4m lateral spread.
