T1- Sycamore- Fell. This tree is in rapid decline and dropping dead branches onto the drive ways of both properties. At the base the tree has a large cavity with an advanced Ganoderma fungus bracket indicating the internal structure is compromised. Tree consultants report is attached to this application. Recommend removal asap
