Reduce the southern lateral canopy spread by 2-3m from branch tips taking it from approximately 13m radial spread to 10m To improve clearance from the building and follow on from previous pruning works in this regard. Reduce the two protruding Western limbs back by approximately 3m from branch tips back into the main canopy outline to improve balance and shape, taking it from 13m radial spread to 10m Reduce the Northern lateral limb extending over Paradise Road by 3-4m from branch tips to lessen end weight, this is a very heavy and long lateral. Taking it from 14m radial spread to 10m Reduce the Eastern lateral extending over neighbouring property back by 2-3m from branch tips to improve clearance, taking it from approximately 12m radial spread to 10m. Thin crown of all epicormic growth and any dead branches. Raise pendulous lower canopy from 3m above ground to statutory height of 5.5m all round to improve clearance over roads and footpaths. All pruning works back to a suitable growth point of no less than one third of the parent branch. Canopy height to remain unchanged. Main canopy outline to remain as natural and flowing as possible
