Description

Replacement of two existing timber sash windows leading onto first floor balcony to the rear of the property with two pairs of timber glazed doors. The doors will be similar in style to other doors on the rear of the property. The width of the existing windows will be retained and only their cills will be lowered. These cills are already partially obscured by the balcony railings as shown in drawings.
