Description

Variation of condition U87496 - Approved Drawings of planning permission ref: 14/3823/FUL dated 20.08.2015 - to change the external materials on the first floor of the South elevation to incorporate the installation of photovoltaic panels. To blend the installed panels into the elevation it is proposed to use matt finished, flat metal cladding panels. Raise the height of the rear extension by 300mm. Reduce the number of windows on the same elevation and install a set of double doors at ground level. The living rear wall has been raised off the ground level with the proposed cladding. Adding four Sun Pipes into the flat roof over the Rear Extension.
