T1 - An 18 Meter Sycamore - located on the right hand boundary of The Wilderness, behind 1-3 Lindsay Road. It requires a reduction by means of Repollard. The current height is 18 Meters, to be reduced to 15m and width will reduce from 9 meters to 7meters. The tree is casting darkness upon the neighbouring properties. Previous pollard points are visible within the crown and these will be the template for the reduction works
