Non material amendment to Condition - U0151224 Approved plans and documents of planning permission 21/3136/FUL - to allow a slight increase in height to the proposed blocks, allowing for greater slab depths, transfer beam depths, floor build-ups and larger servicing zones with clear serviceable space. In addition, amendments are proposed to the balconies of the blocks (whereby there will generally be a reduction in their depth and in some instances increased widths), including modifications on the apartments and the removal of Juliet balconies from the townhouses (which in doing so alters the fenestration strategy, replacing doors with openable windows). A window on the top storey is also proposed to be removed from Blocks 3 and 4. In addition, Air Source Heat Pumps are now proposed for Blocks 1 and 2, while the precise location is proposed to be slightly reconfigured for Blocks 3 - 5.
