X1 Beech tree: Reduce by 20% approx. 2m from all aspects to balance and shape, reduce slightly harder by up to 2.5m to clear the property, remove all remaining dead weak and crossing branches - Leaving a finished spread of approx 7m and finished height of 12,m Reason: To improve balance and shape overall maintaining its natural beauty and pruning to ensure no cuts exceed 50mm apart from one of the lower boughs where the double sub lateral will be reduced slightly harder to improve the overall form, raise the canopy to 6m to improve clearance for larger vehicles by removing trailer branches only, the tree has not yet fully matured and the pruning will maintain the tree at it current dimensions and help mitigate root activity and therefore prolonging the trees life as it has potential to cause damage to the hardscape and surroundings if it is not maintained
