5 DAY DANEROUS TREE NOTICE A very Mature tree of major proportions - recent limb failure to lower southern crown area has unbalanced the canopy. Suggested works to reduce weight loading and secure limb structure. A) Thin canopy by 10-15%, reduction by thinning north western limb by 1.5-2m and balance with surrounding canopy - approx height 18-20m reduced to 16-18m no lateral reduction B) Installation of an 8 ton flexible cobra bracing system at approx 2/3rds of tree height to help reduce further risk of limb failures - install x2 braced to north western limb - install x1 brace to north eastern limb - install x2 braces to south eastern limb - install x2 braces to central internal limbs location to be decided by aborist on the day
