Location: Front Garden 1. Magnolia soulangeana a) Remove Clematis Montana, to help reduce risk of branch failure, due to wind sail affect and prevent complete leaf cover, slowing down the trees ability to photosynthesize, which may result in future poor health. b) Reduce back branches extending into Laurel hedge, to clear by 0.50m. Reduce over extended branches in upper crown, with the emphasis on north facing stem, these works will help balance tree crown. The overextended stems should not be reduced more than 2m Retain all low pendulous branches. (Current tree height 10/11m and spread 8m). (After proposed works= Height 9/10m, spread 8m)
