Description

Ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior) located in the back garden of 13 Victoria Road is unfortunately suffering from Ash dieback disease. First spotted a couple of years ago, the disease has become increasingly worse and now dead, falling branches are a hazard. Due to the condition of the tree, we are requesting to remove it, including stump removal, and replace with a newly planted tree. TPO number is T0781, shown as 'T1' on Sketch Plan Owner plans to replace diseased tree with one Betula utilis Jacquemontii, proposed location shown on sketch plan.
