Description

Alterations to part of the western facade of the Pheasantry cafe to create a new entrance and shopfront. Works to include: Infill an existing square window with timber cladding to match the existing (weathered Siberian larch or similar); Replace the current electronic sliding doors with a large set of swing doors, and bi-folding doors; Addition of fret cut black metal lettering above the door stating 'COFFEE & ICE CREAM'; Replace a current rectangular window with a double swing door set; Addition of fret cut black metal lettering above door stating 'ENTRANCE'.
