WE HAVE A SMALL - MEDIUM SIZED OLIVE TREE WHICH WE PLANTED IN OUR GARDEN APPROXIMATELY 12 YEARS AGO WHICH HAS DIED AND WE NOW WANT TO HAVE IT REMOVED AND REPLACED MOST LIKELY WITH EITHER AN ACER OR SIMILAR TREE. I UNDERSTAND THAT CONSENT IS NEEDED FOR THE REMOVAL AS WE LIVE IN A CONSERVATION AREA. WE HAVE CONTACTED A TREE SURGEON WHO HAS ASSESSED THE TREE AND PROVIDED A QUOTE FOR ITS REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT.
