Description

T1 & T2 - Mature Scots Pines. To remove due to disabled resident (wheelchair bound) not being able to enjoy garden because of excessive leaf litter, associated sap and bird poo over everything; historic limb failure, including one that landed on a carer. Trees are of bad form - historical topping that have deemed the trees not worthy of a preservation order. Both trees have very tight unions - both co-dominant stems that are ad-pressed to each other; T1 at circa 20ft, and T2 at circa 8ft - higher potential of union failure. Both trees present substantial health & safety issues for the resident, whose home has been considerably modified to accommodate the needs of her disabled son - there are previous planning applications to that affect for the building works.
