T1-Eucalyptus Large mature specimen, previously crown reduced with dense and extensive re-growth. Fungal fruiting body of heartwood decay species Ganoderma sp. at base. Several large wounds on main trunk and scaffold limbs with exposed heartwood. Suggested works are to reduce back to previous pruning points all round to lessen end weight and wind sail area, approximately 4m from branch tips in height leaving a final height of 12m and 2-3m laterally leaving a final width of 8m T2-Magnolia grandiflora Previously crown reduced with dense and extensive re-growth. Reduce all aspects of the crown back to the previous pruning points, approximately 2m from branch tips leaving a final height of 5m and width of 4m REASONS FOR WORKS; Routine tree maintenance and to lessen wind sail area on the Eucalyptus due to heartwood decay fungi at base.
