Description

The trees identiöed in the Tree Location Plans are described below. The trees have been identiöed as self-seeding trees. The tree roots and their proximity to the brick wall are making the paddock wall unstable and causing the wall to be a health hazard and become unstable. In part of the wall the roots have pushed the foundations causing part of the wall to fall. The instability of wall has become a safety hazard as the Paddocks are still used by the estate horses and staff. It is therefore proposed to fell the trees and grind down the roots, it is not proposed to replant another tree as this would in effect arise the same issues.
