Description

In order to facilitate the proposed extension under Planning Portal ref. PP-12086926, Trees 34 and 35, part of G1 on the Northwest boundary and Topiary 36 and 37 as identified on plan 'BS5837 - Cardross House - Arbtech TSR 01 - 28-03-23', will need to be removed. Details of Trees 34 and 35, Group G1 and Topiary 36 and 37 can be found within the attached document 'BS5837 - Cardross House - Arbtech AMS 01 - 11.04.23'. To mitigate the loss of the above mentioned trees & Topiary, replacement tree planting is proposed as part of the scheme, see document 'CH SOFT LANDSCAPING 13.04.23'. As part of the proposals, 1 no. Prunus avium (Wild Cherry), 1 no. Carpinus betulus (Hornbeam), 3 no. Amelanchier lamarckii (Serviceberry) and 3 no. Laurus nobilis (Bay) are to be planted as part of the wider landscaping scheme.
