T1 (mature flowering cherry): removal of collapsed lower bough, which remains partially attached to the trunk but is dead. T2 (chamaecyparis): removal of entire tree, which was damaged by the 2022 drought and has suffered die-back across about a third of its branches, including the leaders. Since T2 is already touching a neighbouring tree (a mature camella), I don't propose replacing it with another tree, but instead with a smaller shrub.
