NMA for a reduction in the compound area for the sprinkler tank and hydrant tank, relocation of hydrant tank , replacement of the amphitheatre with a landscape landform, bin store fencing material amendment, increase in the length of the rain garden, minor landscaping amendments, minor increase to the storage volume, minor adjustment to the location of the swale outfall, inclusion of 150mm diameter perforated pipes for drainage; omit rooflights to corridors and hall, negligible revision to the position of windcatchers in school hall, change to curtain wall panels, classroom and cloakroom doors changed, gable end parapet heights increased by approx. 250mm, to achieve U-values and maintain weather tightness within the roof.
