Description

Non Material Amendment for the design of the LAP adjacent to plot 27 to avoid a retaining wall issue. The handing of the house type on plot 120, to avoid an access issue regarding plot 121. The substitution of the Rightford house type proposed on plot 460 with a Winterford house type. Minor repositioning of the house and garage on plots 383 and 380 respectively. Updates to reflect and respond to comments received from the Local Highway Authority and SuDS Approval Body in respect of matters such as on street parking, traffic calming, bin store locations and SuDS planting.
