NMV to 20/0599/PP 1.Amend boundary fencing arrangements. 2.Amend garden retaining walls construction from brick/piers/fencing panels to precast type with timber cladding to private side and timber fencing to public side. 3.Relocate Block 2 bin store and amend material from brick construction to timber fencing. 4.Delete Tobermore retaining wall behind Blocks 4 & 5 & replace with engineered re-grading of ground levels and amend associated parking arrangements. 5.Relocate rebuilt low masonry walls from front of Blocks 4 & 5 to front of Block 3, due to underground services restricting available space. 6. Removal of Glazed entrance canopies from the front of blocks 3, 4, 5 and 6.
