The subject tree is of a large spreading nature straddling gardens and encroaching on to resident's properties. The long term future for the tree is questionable due to its location and future growth requirements. The trees proximity to the property is causing anxiety and apprehension to the occupier/residents. Middle of Patio Area, S1-Stump. Grind out stump to 200mm below ground level. Grindings will be left neatly in stump location.
