MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 T1 - Oak tree within front garden - Works: Remove - See report. T2, T3, T4 - Beech trees within front garden- T2-Crown reduce in height by 1m down to 20m. T3- Reduce height by 1m in line with the previous reduction down to a height of approximately 20m. Reduce southern stems in height by 1.5 m to reduce wind loading on weakened stems. Reduce the crown to the north by 1m leaving a northern radius of 9m. T4- Reduce height by 1m down to 24m. Install a new steel cable system just below the old system.
