MODIFY SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 386 Hornbeam - Adj to No 2 - 387 Hornbeam - adj to No 1 - Reduce each canopy by no more than 2m leaving a canopy shape to mirror the current shape prior to the works. Crown lift over highway by removing secondary and tertiary growth only (not primary limbs or branches) to achieve 4m headroom over highway as far as reasonably practicable and if necessary 2m over the pavement. Prune back lateral branches affecting the gable end of the building to achieve 3m clearance. This will result in an asymmetrical crown shape. Prune selected branches directly affecting the streetlamp and clear a 450 cone shape downward from the lamp casing. This will provide unfettered light to ground level.
