Description

Oak tree at front of house. The Oak tree is dead and requires removal. As a landowner I have a duty under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957 to take action if a tree on my property could cause damage to vehicles or injury to a member of the public. Surrey Highways letter included with photo and map location of the tree. I propose to plant either a Silver Birch (Betula Pendula), Carpus Betulus (Hornbeam) or Sarbus Ana (Whitebeam) in my back garden as a replacement tree.
