Description

1 x Tall Ash tree which is leaning on the fence and encroaching on our property close to the roof line and guttering. 3 x tall and mature Scots Pine trees all of which are encroaching on our property and shedding leaves, cones etc into our guttering/drainage. 1 x Silver Birch encroaching over our roofline and guttering. Works required to remove those branches which are overhanging and with time will cause damage to our property. We would also like permission to remove the Ash tree because of its very close proximity to the fence and potential damage it will cause as it grows bigger and leans further towards our bungalow.
