Description

T1 Pear Blocks significant light into the garden. More light would allow the existing trees and shrubs surrounding it more space, encourage diversity of shrubs and plants and encourage more wildlife. It is also covered in ivy. The council notes in a previous application that the tree is small in stature and is not subject to the conservation area legislation which specifically excludes fruit trees. It also notes that its removal would not result in a significant loss of visual amenity or have any adverse effect on the character and appearance of the conservation area. Works to be done: Dismantle tree as close to the ground as possible.
