Reference: BAN90. Tree Type: Mixed Species. 5 ash trees growing within the strip of 'woodland' that runs behind all the properties on The Chase. Section fell 5 ash trees to ground level. The trees are showing signs of ash dieback, some more significantly than others. Fell trees whilst they're still alive due to the difficult location as some may need to be climbed and roped down to prevent damaging the understory and oak trees around; others can be accessed via mewp and pieced down. Replant in the vicinity with 5 oak saplings and two lime trees.
