Non Material Amendment to 23/02015/F. The amendment seeks to alter the visitor parking arrangements to move them closer to the centre of the site making them more generally accessible for residents. It also enables the allocated parking for plots 13-15 to be grouped more closely to the units they serve. As a result of the parking changes the entrance to plot 13 formerly located at the side of the terrace has been relocated to the front of the building. Side windows have been located on the end elevation to replace the entrance door in order to retain overlooking of the parking area for security reasons.
