Non Material Amendment to permission 23/00731/F. 1. Alteration of the access road kerb-line. 2. Re-routing of the rear access path serving Plot 20 to avoid an existing tree. 3. Replacement of two windows with opening casements on the third floor, to be replaced by two high-level, obscured, fixed windows. 4. Raising of the cills on two ground floor windows due to the external ground levels. 5. Removal of external metal guarding from two fixed windows in the communal corridors on the second and third floors. 6. Installation of two PPC Aluminium ventilation louvres to serve the plant room lobbies. 7. Extension of the approved canopy to cover the private entrance to Plot 1 on the ground floor. 8.
