1. Lime LHS rear garden. Decayed at base with Kretschmeria deusta (brittle Cinder fungus). Causes soft rot and white rot, cavity and decay found at base of tree. Carefully dismantle to as close to ground level as possible utilising a Mobile Elevated Work Platform and ropes and lowering equipment as appropriate.
