Description

T1 - Wellingtonia Reduce height down to bottom of snap out wound. Approximately 8-10 metres of Crown height. The tree is located in the rear garden on the right hand side. The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term. This is a large dominant tree in close proximity to the property and a neighbouring property. The tree had a large limb fail in march 2024, the limb fell and struck the building and did some damage to the building roof. The wound from the failed limb has approximately 60% holding wood and is now at risk from failure due to the trees height and exposed location.
