MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 This application is for the crown thin of 10% on the Oak listed as T1 on the map. East side of the building at the front. The tree currently overhangs the garage of the neighbouring property filling the gutters with leaf matter and damaging the roof. The trees along the same path have all recently been reduced and although a fell crown reduction is not necessary a crown thin of 10% and a reduction on any over extended lateral limbs to bring shape and create a balanced crown. All dead wood will be removed and all work BS3998 compliant.
