Description
T1 Lime - To fell to ground level. This Lime tree has a basal root decay fungus at the base, kretzschmaria deusta. This causes decay at the base of the tree and can lead to whole tree failure from the base. The tree has been pollarded relatively recently and has some significant major deadwood within the crown. Given the high target area under this tree, both The Woolpack pub car park and the Banstead community hall carpark/building we can only recommend that the tree is felled to ground level as soon as possible.G1 Sycamore, Cherry, Beech - To crown reduce line of mixed trees (mainly Sycamores, Cherry and Beech) along the western boundary of the car park by up to 4m in height, removing any large limbs that encroach on the parking area leaving a line of trees with a consistent height.
