Description

Submission of supervision of the arboricultural protection measures details pursuant to condition 5 of permission 22/02495/S73. Development of a single Passivhaus certified new-build dwelling with new access, parking and hard/soft landscaping arrangements . Exploratory trial excavations undertaken February 2021 and requiring retrospective planning permission. Variation of condition 1 of permission 21/01133/F to vary the approved plans.
