We would like to amend planning condition 8 to the following wording "The commercial and residential refuse storage shown on the approved plans, or an alternative scheme which has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, shall be erected and made ready for use (i.e. Building erected and bins installed) prior to the first occupation of the development.Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority are satisfied with the details of the proposal and its relationship with adjoining development and to safeguard the visual amenities of the locality with regard to Reigate and Banstead Development Management Plan 2019 policy DES1"
