Description

The following non-material amendments are proposed to the detached outbuilding Summer House located in the rear garden of the dwellinghouse. A ground floor door opening (sized: 2.4m in height x 3.6m in width) facing the rear boundary is amended into a smaller window opening (sized: 1.6m in height x 1.6m in width). A small area of external timber wall cladding is amended to be white coloured wall render to match the other external walls of the outbuilding. 2no. flat roof skylights are removed from above the outbuilding to leave 2no. remaining skylights concealed behind parapet walls.
