MODIFIED SPECIFICATION, SEE CONDITION 2.T1-Copper Beech-Selectively prune by shortening/removing tertiary branches on the canopy extremity or skirt, necessary to achieve a maximum above ground height clearance of 6.0m on all sides. For avoidance of any doubt, the consented pruning does not allow for the removal of any primary branches originating on the trunk at a height less than the desired clearance, nor the removal of any secondary branching forming the canopy structure.
