MODIFIED SPECIFICATION FOR THINNING SEE CONDITION 2 T1. 1x English Oak tree located in the front garden of 2 Warren lodge. Crown thin by 20% and remove major deadwood. Remove epicormic growth on the main stems up to a height of 5-6 metres. Reduce selective lateral branches in by 1-1.5 metres to give a better shape, also reduce back from the house by 1-1.5 metres to suitable secondary growth points to reduce the amount acorn litter on the house roof. (see photos attached with areas to be reduce back clearly marked in red.) The objective of this work is to provide more light into the property of 2 Warren lodge, reduce the amount of acorn litter on the house roof and to give the tree better aesthetics.
