Description

The application is to increase the height of the front garden wall from 1m to 1.8m and remove existing fencing to form a garden. The existing 18" piers either side of the gate will increase in height to 1.8m with a new gate fitted. The existing 9" piers will be built to 13" and 1.8m tall. The wall between the piers will increase from 800 mm to 900 mm approx. In between the new 13" piers will be featheredge fencing approx 850 mm tall. The linear length of the wall is 25.
