Demolition of existing vehicle and pedestrian access gate forming part of the boundary wall. The vehicular access gate is not wide enough to allow some emergency services vehicles through without removing the gates. Replacing the gates with a wider vehicular access gate and pedestrian access gate along with access control for the pedestrian gate.
