Description

Pin Oak (LHS side of property, close to boundary) - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2.5m. The lower SE, S & SW (overhanging neighbouring property) laterals have been reduced heavily in the past in an attempt to pull into shape - reduce regrowth back to suitable live growth in line with remaining canopy. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. Remove any major deadwood over 20mm diameter. Suitable access for our tracked MEWP - take boards to protect lawn from track damage. Measurements: Pre works - 26x19m Post works - 23.5x16.5m.
