We intend to carry out maintenance of a number of trees at this address. No tree works to TPO trees have been carried out for approximately a decade, meaning some proportionate maintenance is necessary. The intention is not to make any drastic changes.The tree numbers below refer to the 2009 Tree Survey prepared for the previous owners of the property in connection with planning application 09/01807/F for the construction of Compass House. Photographs and plans are provided alongside this application.Tree 2 (Oak):To crown lift/reduce Oak tree situated on neighbouring boundary line to approximately 5m to increase light. To reduce branches closest to Compass House by 2-3m to reduce risk of damage to Compass House. Tree 3 (Oak):To crown lift/reduce Oak tree situated outside front door to approximately 5m to improve vehicle access in driveway, improve light and reduce debris. To extent necessary after crown lift, reduce back from property by 3m to increase light and allow for vehicle access in driveway and roadside and to restore balance with other side of tree.Tree 4 (Douglas Fir):To crown lift Douglas Fir to approximately 5m to avoid impeding Woodland Way, increase light and encourage growth of rhododendrons along Woodland Way frontage as is typical of the area. Currently, lower limbs of this tree are preventing such growth.Tree 9 (Oak):To crown lift first Oak tree situated near back door to approximately 5m to increase light.Tree 10 (Oak):To crown lift second Oak tree situated near back door to approximately 5m to increase light.Tree 20 (Oak):To crown lift/reduce Oak tree situated in rear garden to approximately 6m and remove epicormic growth.
