Description

To remove existing decorative stone balustrades around the garage roof, undertake remedial works to prevent water ingress and re instate a pitched roof with gable end to match the existing house (as as pre 2009). To remove the existing decorative stone balustrades forming protection to a small balcony to the house, undertake remedial works to prevent water ingress, hack off existing defective render. Re render the walls to match the adjacent finishes, construct a sloping tiled pitch roof and install matching new windows.
