Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide new multi-screen cinema and flexible commercial, business and service uses, food and drink uses and leisure uses at ground and first floor level and residential apartments within buildings comprising part five, part six, part ten and part thirteen storeys together with basement car parking and access, cycle storage and associated facilities including new amenity space and public realm. Variation of Conditions 1, 3, 6, 24 and 29 of permission 21/00642/S73 as detailed design work has resulted in a number of minor changes to the scheme. As amended on 13/02/2023.
