Description

Redevelopment of former car park. Excavation of a Basement. Erection of three new buildings of part 5, part 6, 26, and 29 storeys in height comprising Commercial (Use Class E), 43no. Residential Dwellings (Class C3), Co-living Accommodation (407no. rooms) (Sui Generis) and purpose-built Student Accommodation (498no. rooms) (Sui Generis), and the construction of a new bus drivers' facility building with associated bin/cycle store within pavilion, parking, landscaping and public realm works. (AMENDMENTS). (Summary). Amendments: - Inclusion of substation enclosure; - increased disabled parking from 7 to 14 spaces with car club; - Flat block 1: Larger and fewer flats provided all as social housing (43No) instead of all shared ownership and addition of communal amenity space; - Co-living block 2: internal layouts to increase to 10% accessible rooms, alignment and height of pedestrian route, façade, windows opened to hallways, gym, and movement of block northwards by 1.1m; - Student block 3: Movement of residents lounge to eastern side facing play area, increase in internal communal amenity space by 67sqm - Increased size of TfL facility; - Corkers Path feasibility; and - Updated documents.
